Corporate History

CBC's history

In 1925, CBC launched its business in Japan focusing primarily on the trade of inorganic chemicals. In the 1970s, the firm was restructured to globalize the business and pursue new areas. With the addition of overseas locations, CBC also expanded beyond the realm of a trading company and ventured into manufacturing. Customers were impressed. Steadily reaching out, the company gradually achieved successful results in new business areas. By the 21st century the CBC Group included several manufacturing bases around the world. In the future, to support the globalization of our customer companies, CBC will take on the challenge of further globalization...staying one step ahead of the times.
